When a member has an emergency and needs specialized care, we’re there. We make sure the member is taken to the nearest center of medical excellence. Then, we monitor the member until they’re released. We will also transport a member back home if it’s right for their situation.

Repatriation of mortal remains.
In the sad event of a member’s passing, we’ll pay to have the body prepared for burial or cremation. We’ll also pay to transport the remains to the member’s home or burial place.

Emergency family travel arrangements.
We know being injured or sick in a foreign country can be a lot to deal with. If a member is in the hospital for more than 7 days, we’ll help arrange flights and a place to stay for a family member to be with them. If a dependent child is evacuated, we’ll also cover one economy round-trip flight for a parent or guardian.
