Get care where you are.
No matter where you are, it’s important to find a provider who makes you feel seen and heard. Whether you’re inside or outside the U.S., we have the tools to simplify your search. Use our Provider Finder tool to find a physician, pharmacy, dentist or eye doctor anywhere. Scroll through their profiles to find the provider that best fits your needs.
If you’re abroad and want to save time and money, look for “Preferred Providers.” These doctors accept Direct Pay for inpatient services so you don’t have to pay upfront and file a claim. For providers not listed as preferred, we can still often arrange Direct Pay. Contact us at least 48 hours before your visit to request Direct Pay.
Convenient virtual care.
Getting to the doctor’s office isn’t always convenient. That’s okay. Available through our mobile app, telemedicine services give you access to the non-emergency care you need at a time and place that works for you. At no extra cost, you can schedule a remote visit with one of our multilingual doctors for anyone in your family. Our providers are available around the clock for same-day appointments to address your non-emergency needs.
When quality local care isn’t available.
Sometimes, local care isn’t available when medical emergencies occur. If this happens, don’t worry. We’re here with a team of specialists to help you get the care you need. We work quickly to get you to a top-quality hospital or coordinate travel arrangements to bring you back to your home country. And when necessary, we’ll make sure a family member is with you, so you aren’t alone.

Paying for care.
We make paying for your care as easy as accessing it. If you’re inside the U.S., your doctor submits claims directly to us. So, you don’t need to worry about upfront costs or claims.
You can avoid out-of-pocket expenses and claims when you’re outside the U.S. with Direct Pay. At least 48 hours before your appointment, submit a Direct Pay request via our Member Portal or mobile app. You’ll pay the amount of your co-pay or deductible, but your provider bills us for the rest directly.
