Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any aspect of the Alegeus Technology HRA relationship with its customer or its customer’s employees.
AmeriHealth Administrators
Services are provided by AmeriHealth Administrators, Inc., an independent company that is not affiliated with Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions and does not provide Blue Cross or Blue Shield products or services. AmeriHealth Administrators, Inc. is solely responsible for the nurse call line and disease, case and maternity management services by providers. The evaluation and efficacy of any service delivered by a provider lies solely with the participant, spouse, dependent or other authorized party who inquires on behalf of the participant and AmeriHealth Administrators. Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any aspect of the provider/participant relationship or the services rendered to a participant by a provider.
Blue Dental
Dental benefits within the United States are provided by BlueDental, an independent dental network services provider. BlueDental is responsible for administering claims for service in its network of contracted dental providers. BlueDental is owned by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.
Blue Distinction Centers (BDC)
Blue Distinction Centers (BDC) met overall quality measures, developed with input from the medical community. A Local Blue Plan may require additional criteria for providers located in its own service area; for details, contact your Local Blue Plan. Blue Distinction Centers+ (BDC+) also met cost measures that address consumers’ need for affordable healthcare. Each provider’s cost of care is evaluated using data from its Local Blue Plan. Providers in CA, ID, NY, PA, and WA may lie in two Local Blue Plans’ areas, resulting in two evaluations for cost of care; and their own Local Blue Plans decide whether one or both cost of care evaluation(s) must meet BDC+ national criteria. National criteria for BDC and BDC+ are displayed on www.bcbs.com. Individual outcomes may vary. For details on a provider’s in-network status or your own policy’s coverage, contact your Local Blue Plan and ask your provider before making an appointment. Neither Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association nor any Blue Plans are responsible for non-covered charges or other losses or damages resulting from Blue Distinction or other provider finder information or care received from Blue Distinction or other providers.
Bupa
Bupa Global is a trade name of Bupa, an independent licensee of Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, an association of independent Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies. Bupa Global provides network access services, claims administration, and in some instances medical management services.

Political Emergency and Natural Disaster Evacuation (PEND) services are provided under a contract with Crisis24. Full terms, conditions and exclusions are contained in the Crisis24 agreement. Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions assumes no liability and accepts no responsibility for information provided by Crisis24 and the performance of the services by Crisis24. Support and information provided through this service does not confirm that any related support is covered under a health plan.
Delta Dental Plans Association
Delta Dental Plan Association is not a Blue Cross and Blue Shield company, nor is it related to Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions. Delta Dental Plan Association is solely responsible for www.deltadental.com and all related services.

Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions is authorized to use the Globaline trademark. Globaline includes coverage under insurance policies underwritten by separate carriers.

WorkPlace Options is solely responsible for referring participants for counseling, coaching and work-life services and health assessments by providers who are appropriately licensed by local authorities. The evaluation and efficacy of any service delivered by a provider lies solely with the employee, spouse, dependent or other authorized party who inquires on behalf of those or other participants. Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any aspect of the provider counseling, coaching, work-life services and health assessments or other similar services, or the counselor/participant relationship.
