Frequently asked questions

Download a version of your ID card anytime from the Member Portal or the mobile app. Under the Documents drop down, select ID Card and you can print, email or fax it as needed. For plans with physical ID cards, a requests for a new one can be made on the Member Portal.

To register for the Member Portal, click “Login” and then choose “Register for an account.” You’ll need to enter your first name, last name, email, certificate number or group access code, date of birth, and create a password. After that, check your email to verify your account. Then log in and accept the terms and conditions to finish signing up.

Have an Apple device? Download from the App Store. Using an Android? Download from Google play. When the app is downloaded, you can log in with the username and password that you created for the Member Portal.

Haven’t registered yet? Create a new account using your first name, last name, email, certificate number or group access code, date of birth, and create a password. After that, check your email to verify your account. Then log in and accept the terms and conditions to finish signing up.

Your certificate number is on your ID card. It is the number that starts with 3 letters. Don’t have your ID card with you? You can view it online. Just log into the Member Portal and click “ID Card.”
