Flexible access to prescription medications
Our coverage includes both retail and mail-order pharmacy options, so members can get medication how and where they need it. When local supply is limited, our Provider Finder, online tools, and mail-order service, powered by Universal Rx, make it easy to locate pharmacies and get prescriptions—no matter where they are in the world.
Retail and mail order pharmacy in the U.S.
Members can show their ID card at over 70,000 participating pharmacies to get prescriptions at discounted rates—no paperwork needed. The pharmacist handles the claim through Universal Rx. For added convenience, medications can also be delivered directly to members’ homes through Universal Rx’s Birdi® mail-order service.
Mail order outside the U.S.
Finding prescriptions abroad can be tough due to local laws and supply limits. Universal Rx’s Expatriate Prescription Services (EPS) solves this problem. EPS delivers medications to over 200 countries, helping members stay on track with their health, wherever they are.
