You may have a phone, video and/or face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and/or other members of our team. The interview process varies by role, but our team will make sure you have all the information you need.
Job offer
If it feels like the role is a good fit for you and for us, your Talent Discovery Partner will reach out to discuss the details of the offer. They’ll make sure you have an understanding of what it means to work at BCBS Global Solutions. We’ll also cover the next steps with you.
Pre-employment
Offer accepted? Our Onboarding team will be in touch to start our pre-employment screening process. This will include a drug screening and a background check. Don’t worry, we’re here with you every step of the way so you know what to expect and when to expect it.
