Shirley oversees the company’s clinical teams, global provider network management and cross-country compliance departments, in addition to playing a key role in strategic business development. Shirley has deep expertise in international healthcare, having served as COO of One Hundred Years, VP of Global Health Strategy at Cigna International and COO at Cigna International Expatriate Benefits. Shirley has a B.S. from the University of Scranton where she did a study abroad program in Italy and an M.A. in Strategic Leadership from Neumann University.
