Vice President, Enterprise Strategy

Scott leads strategy at Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions working with company leadership to develop, articulate and embed our commercial and operational strategies. Scott came to Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions from Bupa Global where he held strategic leadership and planning roles.

Scott started his career developing software at British Airways, moving to work with Bupa in 2000 as they grew their international mobility business. Scott later worked in technology, change and enterprise architecture roles with many of Bupa's businesses around the world. 

Scott was born and raised in London, UK and holds a B.A. from the University of Portsmouth, UK.
