Chief Technology Officer

Janet leads the data analytics, information security, technology and project management teams at Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions. A 20+ year veteran of the company, Janet’s previous roles include Head of Architecture and Application Solutions and Head of Digital Delivery, where she launched global web and mobile applications, modernized core enrollment and billing systems, and established scalable API and integration strategies to enable global growth. Earlier in her career, she held technical consulting roles with AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline, and Agouron Pharmaceuticals, contributing to regulatory, document management, and clinical research systems supporting drug discovery and development. Janet holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science from Bloomsburg University.
