Elective procedures may be postponed due to restricted access to care and/or limited clinical staff availability. Remote appointments with a doctor may be available directly with facilities in country.
For non-emergency care, members also have 24/7 access to telemedicine at no additional cost. To get started, open the mobile app, tap Telehealth, and select Talk to a Doctor.
